Refund policy
Returns
1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as shipped from the warehouse. It must also be in the original packaging. If items are being returned for other than defects or order errors, there may be up to a ten percent (10%) restock fee deducted from your refund. There will never be a restock fee on exchanges.
3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (only if purchased via third party or affiliate seller).

4. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of a full refund or rejection and adjusted refund amount after appropriate restock fee or partial refund for reasons stated above.
Once refund approval amount is determined, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund may take up to seven days depending on your original payment method and your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within ten days of receiving notice of refund processing, first check your bank account again to determine if it is pending deposit.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them to your account.

6. Sale or discontinued items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- Discounts or points used on a return are not re-instated and have no cash value to be applied to a refund.
- Promotional prize/giveaway items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
7. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by shipper. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, notify us with reason for exchange to Customer_Service@grannprise.com and send your item to: 11600 NW Hwy 169 Union Star Missouri US 64494. If no exchange selection is made or negotiated within 30 days that an item is returned for exchange, an account will be opened (if you do not already have an account) with a purchase credit equal to the value of the returned item less any applicable fees or deduction for any reasons listed in the refund policy.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, these items are only eligible for exchanges of same or greater value items. If a greater value item is selected for the exchange, you will be responsible to pay the difference before the item is shipped. Gifted items are not eligible for refund. If no exchange selection is made or negotiated within 30 days that an item is returned for exchange, an account will be opened (if you do not already have an account) with a store credit equal to the value of the returned item less any applicable fees or deduction for any reasons listed in the refund policy. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the customer on the purchase receipt.
9. Shipping
To return your product, send returning product to: 11600 NW Hwy 169 Union Star Missouri US 64494. Send with short explanation for return and a copy of your receipt.
10. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not prepaid. There may be up to a 10% restock fee imposed for customer compliance returns.
11. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary if exchange is being processed.
*** If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and these services will protect you.
